Is this class for beginners?
Yes! Our studio caters to beginners and this class will be a perfect introduction into our studio culture. No experience needed. Pinky Promise!
What do I wear/bring?
Please wear something that makes you feel uber sexy and feminine. Heels are optional. Please bring a yoga mat. Student are required to bring their own.
Will we learn pole tricks?
Tantric Pole is primarily sensual yoga, floorwork, and feminine movement. We do end class with a bonus beginner pole spin; however this is optional. You will still enjoy class even if you don't want to learn a pole trick.
